These are my favorite D vitamins ever. My naturopath suggested them to me a few years back and I haven't used anything since. Other vitamins didn't seem to work very well, but these start working within a week. I live in the northern US and sun is often absent for much of the winter. We get periods of sun, but I'm indoors. I try to sit in the windows and get anything I can, but I am very Vitamin D deficient. I noticed my daughter suffering the same effects and so I started her on these too. She has terrible acne (which believe it or not can be a side effect of Vitamin D deficiency). When she takes these regularly, her acne starts to clear up (not completely, but every little bit helps).I take these with Adrenogen for my adrenals and they help me from not falling asleep in the middle of the day. Deficiencies are no joke. If I don't keep up on these, I end up depressed, in bed, achy, hair falling out, ect. These help keep me "normal" and I will continue to buy these for me and my family.
Been using this for 3 months and have seen no signs of any extra energy. I've been feeling super run down and someone told my it might be due to lack of Vitamin D so I bought these to try. Mainly went with this brand because they use the vegetarian capsules and had great reviews. Maybe my issue isn't vitamin D deficiency, but either way I felt no different by taking these and that was the reason I decided to try them in the first place.
A set of blood tests indicated that I had a borderline vitamin D deficiency. I started taking these years ago and they seem to make slightly more likely to feel energetic or maybe take the edge off of some slumps. Maybe it's not night-and-day, but I'm glad I addressed it; I don't want to experience long-term knock-on effects from poor nutrition.I am a vegetarian and I care about where my stuff is sourced from. This world has enough cruelty already without humans adding their share. So I was very pleased to learn about these. This product is Doing It Right.
This is one of the best brands of vitamins you can buy. My doctor's office carries it. It is much less expensive on Amazon, luckily, so I get it here.
I love the Vital Nutrients brand, and have been taking their Vitamin D3 for many years. The capsule is small and very easy to swallow. My naturopath recommended Vital Nutrients too me, and she has a trustworthy opinion about which vitamins are best and why (such as how your body digests them).
I was taking other types of D3 and wasn't getting the results I felt I needed. A health care professional recommended this brand and it seems to be doing the job.
It is hard to give an opinion because this is the first round of Vitamin D I have ever taken. My internist said I had a deficiency in D after reading my blood work. I’ve taken 90 capsules and ordered a second bottle. Hope my blood is enhanced but only a blood test will tell.
Easy to take and keeps me healthy and fit. This viramin was recommended by a health professional to me and I don’t regret it one bit
